		<description>Yes indeed, NFM could well play a big part in preventing flooding here in Freuchie, but I suspect other more traditional techniques will be required. A hybrid approach if you like  ;-).</description>

		<description>The catchment solution is the answer. Cleaning trash from culverts etc is good but treat the problem at source: natural flood management.</description>
