Flooding Review

Fife Council and other partners involved in flooding incidents have been working hard behind the scenes to analyse and develop an improved and better integrated response for communities at risk from flooding. A review report was submitted to the October 2010 meeting of the Environment, Enterprise & Transportation Committee and makes for very interesting reading

Flood Alleviation Report 2009

Ewen Jardine, Secretary of Freuchie Community Council, has pointed out the Fife Council Flood Alleviation Report 2009 is now available. Thanks Ewen. A quick skim through this report reveals underreporting and incomplete analysis of the recent flooding that occurred in Freuchie. FFAG and Freuchie Community Council will be following this up to highlight our concerns.

Planning Application
